The South Asian community as a whole has prospered in many aspects of American society. From large companies to start-ups, non-profits and even the White House, South Asians are important and invaluable contributors to American communities and culture.  We are based on four pillars: Community Service, Cultural Awareness, Political Awareness, and Professional Development. NetSAP DC is the largest representative of the South Asian community in the DC metropolitan area, and as such, it is the perfect partner for organizations and businesses seeking to establish or strengthen their relationship with South Asian professionals.

NetSAP DC reaches over 6,000 individuals in the DC metro area between the ages of 22 – 45 with an average annual income of $80,000 – 62% of whom have earned a graduate degree.  Sponsorship of NetSAP DC affords you the unique opportunity to gain visibility and develop brand recognition among one of the most educated, dynamic and successful communities of young professionals in the country.  Moreover, as a 501(c)(3) Foundation, your contributions to NetSAP DC are fully tax deductible.

In 2014, NetSAP DC was proud to partner with and raise over $3,000 for Hospital for Hope, a non-profit organization that built and now supports a hospital in rural Jharkhand, India.  In 2013, NetSAP DC raised over $5,000 for the Beyond Bollywood exhibit at the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center. In previous years, NetSAP DC’s flagship events have raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities, including Teach for America, The Nanubhai for Education Foundation the Hunger Project, American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club, and ASHA, a local organization committed to helping South Asian women affected by domestic violence.

Sponsors contributing products or services will receive sponsorship acknowledgement and benefits based on the retail value of the donation. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent provided for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.
